WBA Property Development offers to its clients comprehensive services in real estate development.

The main activity of the company is choice properties in appropriate locations, with subsequent recovery to future sales to the end user or investor. The company focuses on the development of residential, administrative, social and recreational projects.

The main development activities of WBA Property Development today are: multidevelopment New Nitra (brown field area in a former brewery in Nitra), apartment complex Panorama Koliba in Bratislava, development of 150 hectares of recreation area and golf resort at Royal Valley Maly Slavkov in the High Tatras, and development of recreational area in Velka Lomnica in the nearby golf course Black Stork in the High Tatras. WBA Property Development is also involved in building the network Seniorville.
