Tarrana Private Equity is an independent private equity firm that invests in the private sector and real estate projects. Company structure allows efficient identification of investment opportunities, optimizing the income or dividend tax on companies in which Tarrana Private Equity invests in, and access to local real estate projects.

The company creates space for private closed-end funds to invest in Central and Eastern Europe. The first 7-years fund is structured as a "Limited Partnership" and it focuses on the development of several real estate projects in the Slovak Republic.
