The Royal Valley project is situated in the cadastre of the municipality of Malý Slavkov in the foothill of the High Tatras (Vysoke Tatry).
The project plan means a unique investment opportunity in the field of developing tourism in the exceptional location, synergistically interrelated with attractive leisure-time activities, hotel industry and congress tourism. The plan, of course, includes also all inevitable service functions.

The location in proximity of the existing golf course Black Stork offers a significant comparative advantage to other golf locations in Slovakia, in creating the biggest golf location in Slovakia with possibility to play on two 27 holes courses, reaching the target group of persons interested, which are looking for spending their leisure time in an active way and whom the proximity to the golf course and of course the proximity to the High Tatras offers abundant possibilities.
A part of the preparation process of the investment project is to provide solutions for satisfying the needs of the users of the properties, which is anticipated by the use of the premises of the hotel complex.
The mentioned facts have a synergic influence on the high potential of the appreciation of the land plots (parcels) themselves as well as the properties built on them. In the future, the property owners will have opportunities for commercial use (renting) of the apartments, which attractiveness will be increased by presence of the services of the hotel complex that can be used all year long.
