A development project "New Nitra - Nova Nitra" is located in the heart of the city of Nitra, the Slovak Republic. It is a former industrial area Corgon Brewery (Heineken) with an area of 4.87 hectares.

The area was formerly used for warehousing, manufacturing and administrative purposes. WBA Property Development has prepared a unique project of the revitalization of the brewery's, using the area to create a new multifunctional center with office spaces, services for residents, with a hotel and congress center, not least with exclusive modern flats. The project includes also the sport and relaxation area.

"New Nitra - Nova Nitra" is an ambitious development intention that changes look of the city during coming years.
