Development project led by WBA Property Development is focused on the construction of apartment houses, family houses and a hotel near the High Tatras in the village of Velka Lomnica, the Slovak Republic.

The first phase of the project - networks - has already clear parameters. The proposed buildings fit to look of a nice country. Natural materials used in construction highlight the relationship of nature and the environment.

There is a direct route in the direction of Velka Lomnica, which is in close proximity to Tatranska Lomnica, the High Tatras center. Land is flat, allowing a direct view on the golf resort Black Stork, and direct view on the panorama of the High Tatras. In the short term there will be highway connection to the High Tatras from all Central European countries. The international airport in Poprad is located 10 km from the area. In the vicinity of the area there is situated 27 hole golf course and directly across there is prepared spa center and water park.
